The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) by the County of Frederick, Virginia is to establish multiple Architectural and Engineering Contracts for professional services through competitive negotiations. Services under these contracts will be provided on an as needed, oncall basis for managing, planning, maintenance, and renovation projects according to project task orders issued during the contract term(s) The initial contract period will be for one year from date of award and continue for one year with the option to renew, at the County's sole discretion, for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The County reserves the right to request the Contractor to work with other County consultants/contractors in delivery of assigned projects.
