Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Evergreen, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
Community Action Agency of South Alabama, a United Way Agency and an Equal Opportunity Provider, is soliciting bids for Playground Equipment, Cafeteria/Kitchen Equipment/Supplies, Fence Installation, HVAC Installation, Plumbing Renovation/Installation, Metal Building Repair to Include Flashing and Panel Replacement, Metal Building Repair to Include Gutter Repair and/or Installation, Window Replacement, and Commercial Steel Frame Door Replacement and Installation. Vendors are required to deliver materials and supplies and perform activities in Conecuh County (Evergreen). Items covered in bid will be reviewed as a collective total price bid.
