The Monroe County Commission is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to interested qualified companies for one (1) Radio Tower and Related Equipment. Award will be made only to competent and responsible bidders as mandated by Title 39 of the Code of Alabama who have the experience and other qualifications as set forth in the bid documents. Prequalification is not required. The Monroe County Commission reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals, waive any informality in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which, in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Commission.
