Site work for a mixed-use development in Terrell, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; and water / sewer project.
PURPOSE - The City of Terrell - Terrell Municipal Airport intends to engage a professional engineering firm for aviation projects as described below: In general, the project involves design of a fuel farm facility consisting of two (2) 12,000 gallon tanks and remote fueling station. The RFQ is to provide the complete engineering, design, and layout of a new fuel farm to be located near the Terrell Municipal Airport. Reference Exhibit A for proposed layout and location of fuel tanks and remote fueling station. Any questions concerning the RFQ shall be directed to the City Engineer in writing. All written inquiries should be submitted by email to csnapp@cityofterrell.org. Deadline for questions from is 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 22, 2024. BID SECURITY: a bid security is not required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any informality in submittals received, deemed to be in the best interest of the City. No officer or employee of the City of Terrell shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the City of Terrell. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
