Work is multi-phase and includes demolition, provision of temporary power to all active circuits during switch over, testing (as required in various phases) and provision/installation of feeders, switchgear, transformers, wiring, concrete pads, substation enclosures and all required mechanical electrical and other equipment to support the substation replacement.
