Generator Replacement Newark Hub #5/NJDOT Newark Maintenance Yard, NJDOT Sand Hill Maintenance Yard Office Building, NJDOT Freehold Maintenance Yard Office Building, Lawrence Hub # 2 - Newark, Essex County; Monmouth Junction, Middlesex County; Freehold, Monmouth County; Lawrence, Mercer County, NJ . Installation and replacement of diesel and natural gas generators and associated switchgear, conduit and wire at various sites. 1.1.3. Excavation, backfill and restoration of paved areas, seeded areas and curbs as required. 1.1.4. Concrete pads for generators. 1.1.5. Coordinating all work with local utility company. 1.1.6. Contractor shall be responsible for scheduling all work and coordinating the construction to ensure a timely completion of the project by the date established by the owner. 1.1.7. Contractor shall provide all generators, panelboards, ATS's and associated equipment as specified by the manufacturer and contract drawings. Contractor shall install, connect, start-up and commission all generators and ATS's Question Deadline 09/29/2026 Every request for an interpretation relating to clarification or correction of the plans, specifications, or any request to change contractual terms and conditions or proposed changes other bid documents must be made in writing, addressed to the architect/engineer and the DPMC Director, and must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids.
