Renovation of a stadium in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
To provide all labour, equipment and materials for the emergency lodging generator at Jim Durrell Arena, (the "Work"). The proposed period of the contract will be from the date of award to 1 February 2025 A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%). The City may accept any Bid, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all Bids. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Deadline: 11/20/2024 at 11:59 PM ET Award is subject to final approval
