Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bluefield, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
Contract No. 1 -Breaching Abandoned Water Reservoir Dams Consists of (1) Breaching and Grading of Dam No. 1 and Dam No. 2, and (2) Demolition of Existing Metal Maintenance Building, and (3) Construction of a 30 feet x 50 feet Metal Building, and other related work. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond or certified cashier's check must accompany all Bids. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Question Deadline 11/26/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
