Site work for a municipal facility in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Southwest Florida Water Management District (District) requests bids from responsive and responsible bidders to furnish and deliver, if and when ordered, to the District, all required services and materials necessary for the Structure S-160 (S-160) Cathodic Protection and Concrete Repair Project. This project will repair and seal the concrete, make improvements to reduce the future corrosion by constructing a cathodic protection system, and extend the service life of the structure. Work over the water on the structure may only be performed during the dry season (defined as typically October 1st through May 31st (8 months) and is dependent on atmospheric, precipitation, and water level conditions. Work over land or on the structure may be performed at any time of the year but must not impede the District's capability to operate the gates on the structure. The Contractor shall coordinate with the District to perform standard lock out and tag out procedures. All work shall be constructed in accordance with the ReferenceDocuments includedwith this RFB.
