Work to Be Performed Under This Contract Includes the Following Generally Described Items: Grading and Drainage Improvements for a 2.5 Acres Site for a Future City Park. Work to Include Construction of a Stormwater Pond, Replacement of an Existing Storm Pipe With a 100 Lf of Double 18" Rcp Pipe, Regarding of the Ditch and New Storm Piping Along Poplar Street, and Additional Fill and Swales to Route Drainage on the Site to the New Stormwater Pond. Question Deadline 11/25/2024 Any Questions That May Arise From This Invitation Shall Be Submitted in Writing and Emailed to Angela No Later Than (1) Week Prior to Bid Date. The City of Bloomingdale Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informality in the Bidding, and Award the Bid in the Best Interest of the City. Bidders Must Comply With the President's Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, Which Prohibit Discrimination in Employment Regarding Race, Creed, Color, Sex, or National Origin and the Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
