The Consultant who is selected for this project and all subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on April 28, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the Region Five/District Eight Office in Collinsville. Phase I and II engineering services are required to provide: Various services are required for various Local Roads projects throughout District Eight. Consultant staff will support IDOT staff in managing local agency projects. This work involves working directly with local agencies and/or their Consultant firms as well as various bureaus in the department. Consultant staff will be required to report to the District Eight Office in Collinsville to perform tasks and/or receive assignments unless arrangements are given in advance which require reporting to an alternate location. The department will furnish each Consultant staff member with a workstation in the District Eight office in Collinsville The estimated engineering fee for this project is $2,000,000. The completion date for this contract will be 60 months after authorization to proceed.
