Renovation of a residential development in Leland, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of January 28, 2025, we actually canceled the RFP advertisement before receiving bids. We are currently reevaluating the project scope and will re-advertise when verify final design. The Town of Leland is seeking general contractors for the rehabilitation of one (1) home funded under the Towns Community Development Block Grant - Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) program. The bidder must be licensed as a NC General Contractor if the individual unit bid is greater than $40,000. Any questions regarding this project need to be submitted to bids@insight-pd.com, no later than 12pm on Wednesday, December 4th.
