Removal and replacement of pool pak units (1 at each location) at Mountain Park and West Gwinnett Aquatic Centers and associated mechanical improvements, with an Add Alternate to remove and replace 2 pool pak units at Bogan Park Aquatic Center, per plans and specifications. The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Gwinnett Aquatic Centers Pool Pak Replacements for the Gwinnett County Department of Community Services. Ineligible Source List During the period for which a person/firm has been debarred or suspended, or placed on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list, that person/firm shall not submit or cause to be submitted offers, quotes, bids, or proposals, etc. to Gwinnett County, even when automatically or electronically distributed a notification or notified of a solicitation request. Submittals from firms currently on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list will not be considered. All contractors must submit with bid, a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Successful contractor will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond. The control works shall include all equipment, wiring, instrumentation, enclosures, labor, engineering, programming, software, coordination with other trades, etc required for implementation . This work shall occur at the Mountain Park Aquatic Center (1063 Rockbridge Road, Stone Mountain, GA 30087) West Gwinnett Base Bid: includes all work shown in the 'WG' series drawings and project specifications. Scope of work shall be to replace existing HVAC equipment as shown (one pool dehumidification unit, one existing rooftop unit, and existing chemical room exhaust fans) and convert the existing individual basic electronic controls to a centralized building automation system (BAS) type. The control works shall include a complete building automation system (BAS) in all respects, including any and all equipment, wiring, instrumentation, enclosures, labor, engineering, programming, software, coordination with other trades, etc required for implementation.
