Description: Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected by Lake County School District to provide construction management services for the Groveland ES Capital Improvements project. The project is located at 201 West Burleigh Blvd, Tavares, FL. Scope of work includes: The scope of work includes expanding the main parking area an relocating the playground to a more secure location, providing a retaining wall for storm water retention, renovations to the Administration Office to create a secure lobby, enhancing overall safety and security, and the addition of new ADA-compliant restrooms in Building 4 Cafeteria. CPPI reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding and for accepting bids which are considered in the best interest of this project.
