The City of Johns Creek is soliciting bids for the construction of an overflow parking lot with 87 parking spaces to be located at Cauley Creek Park, 7255 Bell Road Johns Creek Ga 30097. The project includes, but is not limited to grading, subgrade preparation, installation of graded aggregate base (GAB), asphalt and landscaping. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals and performing all work required to construct an overflow parking lot. The overflow parking lot area is located inside Cauley Creek Park (7255 Bell Road Johns Creek GA 30097) in the open field across the street from the pickleball courts and park administration building. All work shall be constructed according to the Construction Plans and are made part of the contract by reference.
