The project requires the A/E to renovate 51,808sf of space in building 27 as well as the building exterior in accordance with historical preservation guidelines. Work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, telecommunication, fire protection and plumbing engineering along with historical preservation requirements. Building occupants and furnishings are to be moved into temporary trailers (or other locations on campus) and back into building 27 by the construction contractor.
