*As of April 02, 2025, construction work for this Bid Package have been completed. Construction started back in January 2025, and was just completed last month march 2025. Purdue in Indianapolis Academic Success Building Shiel Sexton + Harmon ASB Joint Venture is seeking subcontractor bids for Bid Package #1 of the Purdue in Indianapolis Academic Success Building. - Anticipated scopes include site utility relocation, construction fencing, asphalt and curb repairs, and communications fiber. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total base bid amount.
