Reconstruction work on underground and surface infrastructures in the Avenue Bourdages Sud and Rue Martel sectors. More specifically, the following sections Avenue Bourdages Sud, between rue Saint-Pierre Ouest and rue Martel; Rue Martel, between rue Saint-Pierre Ouest and avenue Bourdages Sud; Rue Saint-Charles, between avenue Bourdages Sud and rue Saint-Michel; Rue Saint-Paul, between avenue Bourdages Sud and rue Saint-Michel. In addition, this work includes, but is not limited to : construction of a storm outfall on the Yamaska River in Parc de la Métairie and on a short stretch of rue Saint-Pierre Ouest; construction of a bicycle path on the west side of avenue Bourdages Sud, between rue Saint-Pierre-Ouest and rue Sainte-Madeleine; replacement of watermain pipe on avenue Bourdages Sud, between rue Martel and rue Saint-Paul, and correcting inverted sewer connections at three (3) residences along this stretch of road. TIMELINE: Contract for consulting services to monitor construction work has been awarded. Reference number: 20027449. Start of construction work on the stormwater outfall on the Yamaska River January 20, 2025. End of construction work on the stormwater outfall 28 February, 2025. Completion of all works 28 November, 2025.
