Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pine Bush, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Route 52 Pedestrian Safety Improvements The Owner is the Town of Crawford and the work includes pedestrian safety improvements on the north side of State Route 52 between Depot Street and Boniface Drive, including pedestrian signal installation at Boniface Drive. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: curb, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, closed drainage connections, landscaping, signing, striping, pedestrian signals, and site restoration in the Town of Crawford. The DBE goal for this project is 10%. There are no M/WBE goals for this project. The EEO Employment goals for this project are: 17.0% Minority Employment Goal, 6.9% Women Employment Goal. Contract term: 1 year Questions regarding the Contract Documents should be directed to Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. either through email at: channett@bartonandloguidice.com or by telephone at (518) 218-1801. Bidders shall promptly notify Christopher M. Hannett, P.E., of any errors, omissions, conflicts or ambiguity within the Contract Documents within seven (7) days of bid opening. All bids must include the completed Bid Form, Non-Collusive Bidding and Disbarment Certifications, and Lobbying Certifications. This is a unit price bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Guarantee Bonds from an acceptable Surety Company for an amount not less than 100% of the accepted bid. The Town of Crawford reserves the right to consider the bids for forty-five (45) days after receipt before awarding any Contract, and to waive any minor informalities in, and to reject, any and all bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the Town of Crawford. All bids are subject to final review and approval by the New York State Department of Transportation before any award of contract may be made. Receipt of bids by the Town of Crawford shall not be construed as authority to bind the Town of Crawford. All work items shall be completed within 120 calendar days following the date the Contractor is notified to proceed with construction activities, unless such period is extended by the Town of Crawford. The notice to proceed is expected to be issued to the contractor 120 days after contracts are signed and approved by the Town. The contractor shall begin preparing shop drawings and ordering materials immediately following contract approval by the Town.
