Charlotte Mecklenburg Board of Education is soliciting formal solicitations for the rebid on Long Creek Elementary Rooftop Unit Replacement and new solicitations for Licensed Mechanical Contractors to furnish and install all equipment, materials supplies and hardware for new Rooftop units at Croft Elementary, Elon Park Elementary, and Butler High School. Projects will require disconnecting existing Rooftop Units and reconnecting new Rooftop Units. 5% bid bond will be required to be submitted with all bids. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for successful bidder before contract can be executed. CMBE reserves the right to cancel, readvertise and or reject any proposal for any reason.
