Demolition, site work and renovation of a military facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; and for the renovation of a military facility.

Project includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the required construction work on this project including sizing, installation of a new diesel-powered emergency generator, generator enclosure, load bank, annunciator panel and all system required for proper operation. The installation shall provide backup power for both Fisher house I and Fisher house II. The emergency generator, base mounted fuel tank and load bank shall be in a CMU wall enclosure with metal doors providing clearances required by code, VA standards and setbacks required by the city. The construction shall be based on 100% design drawings and specifications. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete all required project work in accordance with the provided SOW, Specifications, and Drawings. Project is located at the Fisher House 7485 Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78229. Cut off for submission of RFI(s)/Questions shall be December 6, 2024 @ 15:00 PM CST.
