Renovation of a municipal facility in Madill, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
DESCRIPTION 72'x52' new 4" slab covering old fire house flooring. (see drawing) 3,000 psi concrete or better 6"x6" anchor plates at each corner, both sides of each door, 10' spacing along North, South, and East open walls, and one 4' west of SE corner as noted on drawing (appr 30) New slab is to be square, level, contain appropriate re-bar, footing where applicable, and finished smooth Note: Ten anchor plates along front of building will need to be modified to 4" prior pouring concrete Late bids will not be considered. Bids must be received in sealed envelopes (one to an envelope) with bid number and closing date written on the outside of the envelope. Unit prices will be guaranteed correct by the bidder. Firm prices will be F.O.B. destination. Purchases by Marshall County, Oklahoma, are not subject to state or federal taxes. This bid is submitted as a legal offer and any bid when accepted by the County constitutes a firm contract. Oklahoma laws require each bidder submitting a bid to a county for goods or services to furnish a notarized sworn statement of non-collusion. A form is supplied below. Bids will be firm until December 31, 2024(Date)
