If a MAC BOA Prime Contractor fails to meet this RSVP deadline, the initial site visit information will not be released to your organization. 2. Attached you will find an Entry Authorization List (EAL) Excel spreadsheet, please fill in all information for individuals who will need base access that do not currently have base access to include any Prime Contractor and Sub-Contractor personnel that plan on attending the initial site visit. Provide email copy of the Excel spreadsheet to the below POCS NLT 2:00pm CST, Tuesday 12 November 2024. 3. Estimated Initial Site visit date: (21 November 2024).
