Improvements consist of all building renovations, concrete foundations and slab, CMU and Brick masonry, carpentry, metal doors, metal and asphalt shingle roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, site grading, piping, painting, seeding and mulching and any other items necessary to provide a complete and functional project in accordance with the project plans and these specifications.
