North Palos School District 117, 2025 Facility Improvements - Bid Release #1 The Trade Packages included are: Trade Package 6a: General Trades Work Trade Package 9a: Resilient Flooring and Base Trade Package 22a: Plumbing Work Trade Package 23a: HVAC Work Trade Package 26a: Electrical Work Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: North Palos School District 117, Attn: Dr. Daniel Ford, Director of Buildings and Grounds, 7825 W. 103rd Street, Palos Hills, IL 60465. - Envelopes should be clearly marked with the Trade Package Number and Trade Description. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to North Palos School District 117. All questions should be addressed in writing via email to Diane Papenhause at dpapenhause@ihcconstruction.com and Emma Siragusa at esiragusa@ihcconstruction.com and must be submitted by end of the day on November 13th, 2024.
