THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. The Project consists of but not limited to the following: Replacement present roofing system and installation of a new a roof drainage system. It is the intent of the Awarding Authority that a DCAMM certified general contractor oversees all aspects of the project. Questions must be submitted in writing to the architect: Jim Hanifan at Caolo Bieniek Associates, Inc. at: (JHanifan@CBAarchitec ts.net) by close of business on 11/08/24 for filed sub bidders Wage rates for this Project are subject to minimum wage rates as per M.G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27H inclusive. The bidding and award of the Contract shall be in full compliance with Chapter 149, Sections 44A-44J of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as last revised.
