Questions Due Date: Nov 19th 2024, 5:30 PM PST Online Portal County is soliciting submittals from firms qualified to provide professional services for various County projects. The services required are divided into Service Categories, and a separate list for each category will be established and recommended to the BCC for approval for the period from date of award through December 31, 2026 with three (3) one-year options to renew. Fees for services will be negotiated with the next successful RESPONDENT on each list and approved by the BCC as projects arise. In the event the next successful RESPONDENT on a list is offered the next project for services, and it the RESPONDENT refuses the project, or an acceptable price cannot be negotiated, it then it will be noted. 9. WITHDRAWAL OF SUBMITTAL RESPONDENT(S) may withdraw a submittal on the Bonfire System by logging onto the Bonfire System and retracting the proposal. To request withdrawal of a posted, sealed submittal, which was manually delivered, prior to the scheduled submittal opening time provided the request for withdrawal is submitted to the Purchasing Analyst in writing or a submittal release form has been properly filled out and submitted to the Purchasing and Contracts Division reception desk. Submittals must be resubmitted and time-stamped in accordance with the SOQ document in order to be accepted. No submittal may be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days after the date of Submittal opening. All submittals received are considered firm offers during this period. RESPONDENT'S offer will expire after 90 calendar days. If a RESPONDENT intended for award withdraws their submittal, that RESPONDENT may be deemed non-responsible if responding to future solicitations. 10. REJECTION OF SUBMITTAL COUNTY reserves the right to reject any and all submittals received by reason of this request. 11. SUBMITTAL COSTS There shall be no obligation for COUNTY to compensate RESPONDENT(S) for any costs of responding to this SOQ. 12. ALTERNATE SUBMITTALS Alternate proposals are defined as those that do not meet the requirements of this SOQ. Alternate submittals will not be considered. 13. ADDENDA AND INTERPRETATIONS If it becomes necessary to revise any part of the SOQ, a written addendum will be issued by County. COUNTY is not bound by any oral representations, clarifications, or changes made to specifications by COUNTY'S employees, unless such clarification or change is provided to RESPONDENTS in written or electronic addendum form from the Purchasing Analyst. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
