The work to be performed by this project consist of the complete furnishing, plans and installation of all materials, including all labor and equipment necessary for the installation of all curbs, sidewalks, handicap ramps and all other appurtenances relative to completion of this project. Including but not limited to excavation, backfill, granular base, and driveway approached, top soil, finished grading, mulch, seeding and all other attendant items of work necessary to complete this project as required by these plans and specifications. 2. CONCRETE CURB-FACE SIDEWALKS AND RAMPS Portland cement concrete curbing construction shall be completed in conformance with the current requirements of Section 605 of the "Standard Specifications" of the Indiana Department of Transportation. Concrete sidewalks and ramps shall be constructed at locations shown on the plans and shall conform to the current requirements of Section 604 of the "Standard Specifications" of the Indiana Department of Transportation. The work complete, including all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary for all work contemplated and embraced under the contract; 2. Any loss or damage due to the nature of the work, action of the elements, strikes or lockouts; 3. Accidents to employees or the public, or both; 4. Unforeseen difficulties or obstructions, which may raise or be encountered; 5. All risks whatsoever connected with the work under contract until it is accepted by the Engineer; 6. All expenses insured by, or in consequence of the suspension or discontinuance of the prosecution of the work as herein specified, and in completing the work and the whole 7. Thereof, including the carrying out of all the requirements of these "General Provisions" in an acceptable manner according to the plans and specifications.
