TIMELINE: Request for proposal for design, construction documentation, and construction administration services is closed. Award is pending. Nicola Valley Institute of Technology (NVIT) seeks to engage a professional consulting team comprised of Prime Consultant - Architect, mechanical, electrical, structural engineers, interior designer (as required) along with landscape architect and code consultant for the work. Further update in early spring 2025, upon approvals. *The project budget for the three buildings and associated site development is $12,000,000.
