Renovation of an educational facility in Shelby, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Provide ventilation, heating, and cooling for welding lab in a renovated prison site. Alternate to replace windows. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of this project is to provide ventilation, heating, and cooling to keep the building in the 65 F to 80 F range during the year. In addition, the Owner desires to replace the existing windows with new double pane operable windows, which will be an Alternate. . Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. Per GS143-128 single prime Electrical Contractors must identify on this proposal form their license classification. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
