A. This project consists of the Demolition of McKinney Hall and BNB Annex as well as sitework and limited building construction to restore the project areas after demolition. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Questions must be received by PGAV Architects by 5:00 pm Central, Wednesday, November 13, 2024 McKinney and BNB Annex Demo. Neither owner nor engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents, including addenda (if any) obtained from sources other than the issuing office.
