The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to concrete flatwork replacement, curb and gutter, drive approaches, and miscellaneous tie-ins to other structures in the public way, including asphaltic tie-ins. Some locations may be repaired by mud jacking, grinding, and / or scarifying. Also, some locations may require tree and stump removal at the direction of the Resident Project Representative, with the approval of the City's Forestry. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
