The Judsonia Water Department (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Water Meter Replacement The Project includes the following Work: The furnishing and installation of water meters of various sizes with cellular AMI endpoints, the replacement of meter box lids, the replacement of meter boxes, and miscellaneous improvements required for a complete and functional AMI for the City of Judsonia, AR. Bidders are hereby notified that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of1938. The Work Hours Act of1962, the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. Domestic Preference provisions, asset forth in the Uniform Grant Guidance 200.322, applies to this project. Registration and good standing in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be required prior to contract execution. Project is subject to 2 C.F.R. Part 180 (excluded parties both contractors and sub-contractors)and Treasury's implementing regulation at 31 C.F.R. Part 19 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order 11246, as amended.
