Renovation of an educational facility in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 89,000-square-foot educational facility.
The project consists of the renovation of the existing Spring Creek 6th Grade Building into the District Administration Office. The Building is approximately 89,000 sf. The work will include a new geothermal mechanical system, new electrical, adding a fire sprinkler system, added clerestory roof systems at the entrances, as well as extensive interior finishes. Construction is scheduled to begin in the September of 2024 with substantial completion scheduled for the Spring of 2025. The RFQ is due on November 20, 2024 at end of day. Statements of Qualification are being accepted for the following Scope(s) of Work: Audio / Visual Package Statement of Qualifications Criteria will be based on the following: o Firm's Experience as a Contractor o Capacity of Key Personnel o Capability to Perform o Past Performance of the Firm o Financial and legal capability of the Firm o Firm's Safety Record and Compliance with State and Federal Laws Please email estimating@hansencompany.com if you have questions.
