Bids to furnish and install audio-visual products and services for the IRPE, Conference Room 333 Audio Visual Project or equivalent to the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794 services, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook and Exhibits. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Contract term: One Year OVERVIEW: This proposal is for a new touch panel controlled conference room with multiple wired inputs and USB/Soft-Codec conferencing from the room PC. *PRE-INSTALLATION DELIVERABLES: All Pre-Installation Deliverables must be approved by SBU Campus Planning Design and Construction before any work can start on-site. - IFC Drawing Set: Shop Drawings that include Cable Pull Schedule, Audio signal flow diagram, Video signal flow diagram, Control signal flow diagram, Ceiling layout showing speakers and microphones, and Elevations for all displays and equipment racks. - GUI layouts: All touch panel screens are to be submitted for approval. PDF or JPG. *POST-INSTALLATION DELIVERABLES: All Post-Installation Deliverables must be approved by SBU Campus Planning Design and Construction. The project cannot be signed off, closed, or invoiced, until after all deliverables have been received and approved by SBU Campus Planning Design and Construction. Files can be delivered electronically or on a thumb drive. - As-Built drawing set including Cable Pull Schedule, Audio signal flow diagram, Video signal flow diagram, Control signal flow diagram, Ceiling layout showing speakers and microphones, and Elevations for all displays and equipment racks. - As-Built drawing set must be in DWG file format. - Source Code: All uncompiled source code from all Crestron devices. Delivered electronically or on a thumb drive. - Device Information: Document showing every IP-connected device, its model number, serial number, IP address, and MAC Address. VIDEO: Three new displays: - A 86" display on the front wall. - A 75" display on each side wall mirroring the front display video. - Sources - Room PC located in the small credenza under the display. A Displayport to HDMI cable is included. - A white HDMI input plate will be installed under the display to allow guest laptops to be presented on the display. A 15ft HDMI cable is included for guests to use. - A HDMI input at each of the three table boxes - A Solstice wireless content device - The existing Cable TV feed will need to be relocated to the credenza and a new tuner box will be provided. AUDIO: - Six Ceiling speaker to cover the entire room. CONFERENCING: - PTZ Camera mounted below the display with manual controls and smart auto framing features. - Two Ceiling microphones to cover the table area - Audio DSP with AEC for conference processing, VoIP is also supported - USB audio/video connection for the Room PC in the credenza CONTROL: - A white 10" touch panel will control the AV system. It will connect to a wall plate behind the small credenza or at any of the table boxes, a 6ft cable is included. EQUIPMENT STORAGE: - AV equipment to be installed in a new 3-bay AV designed credenza OWNER FURNISHED EQUIPMENT: - A Room PC with all needed accessories - Cable TV feed relocated to the credenza ELECTRICAL & DATA REQUIREMENTS (By Others): - All electrical to be provided by others - 15amp dedicated duplex outlet behind the credenza - 15amp recessed duplex outlet at each display location - Data drops as needed by the client, we recommend (4) data drops behind the credenza COORDINATION ITEMS: - We will require three holes cut into the table for the three table boxes, this work shall be completed by others. - Each table box with have a one-touch HDMI cable retractor, touch panel connection, local network connection, USB charging and 120v power. - The ceiling microphone design requires a clear ceiling above the table, no large lighting fixtures or HVAC units.
