Site work and paving for a civil project in Tryon, North Carolina. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and water / sewer project.
2024 Water and Sewer Systems Improvements The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for all work tasks associated with the 2024 Water System Improvements, generally consisting of: o Installation of approximately 2,660 LF of 6" DIP CL. 350 water line o Residential service reconnections o Associated pavement repairs o The installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion control facilities o Other associated appurtenances for a complete and proper installation Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner, and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of bids.
