Site work for a municipal facility in Eastvale, California. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
A new Civic Center for the City of Eastvale, California consisting of a 2-story public library, 3-story City Hall and a 2-story Sheriff's sub-station with 1 level of below grade secured parking. The northwest area of the site will be occupied by a public park which includes an outdoor amphitheater space. Buildings (library, city hall, and Sheriff sub station) will have an automatic sprinkler system, fire alarm and smoke detection system. An ERRC system is required at the Sheriff sub-station. The City of Eastvale seeks to pre-qualify General Contractors for the construction of the Eastvale Civic Center and hereby invites sealed pre- qualification submittals from licensed Contractors. Notice is hereby given that the City of Eastvale has determined that General Contractor bidders on this Project must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid. The pre-qualification evaluation is solely for the purpose of determining which General Building Contractors are deemed qualified to successfully construct the Project. Only Contractors in possession of a valid California Class A or B Contractors license are allowed to bid on the Project. The statement of probable cost (SOPC) for this project is $168,000,000 Final Date for Submission of Bidder Questions: March 12, 2025 Shortlist Confirmed.
