RESO A LOCKER ROOM UPGRADE / PATH OF TRAVEL RESO A LOCKER ROOM UPGRADE Range: $1000001-4000000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Performance Period: 730 Continuous Calendar Days. Only those bidders who have been specifically invited by the SCA and are currently an active participant in the Mentor Program, are eligible to submit a bid and be awarded a contract under the referenced solicitation. Additionally, to be eligible for an award of the referenced work, the low responsive bidder must be able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the SCA during the bid evaluation period, that all elements of the project necessary for successful completion of the project are included in its bid. In addition, pursuant to current SCA Guidelines, if the Contractor's Bid Amount is over Three Million ($3,000,000) Dollars, then the Contractor and its Subcontractors of any tier performing Work will abide by the provisions of the PLA, and will have agreed to become signatory to, and to be bound by, via execution of the PLA Letter of Assent. A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form. Pursuant to the SCA's authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. If the Bidder is not prequalified at the time of the bid opening its bid will not be accepted. The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion for the Performance Period on or before 790 continuous calendar days from NTP date. The Contractor shall pay to the SCA as liquidated damages the sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.) Dollars for each and every continuous calendar day the Work shall not be substantially complete after the above-stated Substantial Completion date or any authorized extension thereof. The Contractor shall pay to the SCA as liquidated damages the sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.) Dollars for each continuous calendar day that Final Completion of the Work shall not be achieved after the above-stated Final Completion date or any authorized extension thereof.
