Renovation of a municipal facility in Winfield, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project involves renovation of the Putnam County commission meeting room at the Putnam County Courthouse. Bidders interested in submitting bids shall contact the Architect. A certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid, or a satisfactory Bid Bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the state of West Virginia in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid must be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the contract award. All Prime Contractors and Subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with SB409 (WV Contractor's Licensing Act). All General Contractors shall provide a copy of their WV Contractor's license and include their license number in the space provided on the Bid Form. There is no deposit required for Bid Packages and all printing costs incurred by bidders are the responsibility of the bidders and are non-refundable.
