Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lyons, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The construction of the Lyons Faison Park including +/- 9,194 SY of 8 inch Graded Aggregate Base, grading complete, +/- 707 SY of 4 Class B 3,000 PSI concrete, +/- 1,011 TNS of 9.5mm Superpave asphalt, Community Center based on architectural plans, +/- 120 LF of 36 RCP storm drain piping, Pickleball Court, Basketball Court, striping, grassing and other erosion control measures as shown on the plans as all necessary items to properly construct the park. All work on the Project must be completed within 240 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City of Lyons prior to the time set forth above, and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Lyons, for 10 percent of the amount of the bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required Payment Bond and Performance Bond and Insurance Certificates. Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids.
