UNY Plattsburgh is soliciting a Request for Qualifications for design services for Replace HTHW Priorities 1 & 4. See attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for details. Fee shall be negotiated with the most qualified consultant. No cost proposals are to be submitted with the qualifications. Cost proposals will be requested only after a consultant selection is made. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5.33% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 7.02% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 1.08% Contract term: 5 years The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
