Furnish and Deliver Maxxima Lighting and Associated Equipment on an Oncall Basis, for the Division of Fleet Services, for the Period November 15, 2024 Through December 31, 2025 F-95-2024 All notices of revisions or addenda to the specifications for bids will be posted electronically. Notices of revisions or addenda will also be published in an official County newspaper and copies of the addenda will be provided to prospective bidders in writing by certified mail or by certified facsimile transmission or by a delivery service. N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). In addition to the notices, the actual revisions or addenda will also be posted electronically. Bids must be made on standard RFB forms in the manner designated and required by the specifications; enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder, designating the name of the bid on the outside, addressed to the Director of Purchasing. Bids must be mailed or delivered to the Division of Purchasing, County of Monmouth, Hall of Records, 3 rd Floor, 1 East Main Street, Freehold, NJ 07728. THIS IS AN OPEN-END SUPPLY CONTRACT. The goods and/or services are on-call if and when needed throughout the duration of the contract term. The quantities bid are estimates and the County reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, using unit prices, by up to a maximum of 100%. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-11.1 et seq., orders placed within the minimum and maximum number of units shall not be considered a change order. The County may terminate the contract whenever the amount incurred under the contract exceeds the maximum number of units. The Contractor will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 (AntiDiscrimination in Employment), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. (Equal Employment Opportunity), 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq. (Americans with Disabilities Act), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 et seq. and (New Jersey Business Registration). The County of Monmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
