Regents Hall Elevator Repair The site and equipment can be made available for viewing prior to the bid date. Please email Lisa Showmaker at lshowmaker@murraystate.edu to set up a time to see this equipment. The contract established as a result of this solicitation shall be cancelable for, but not limited to mal-performance, nonperformance, substitution of commodities, or other failure to comply with the specifications herein. In the event of such action being necessitated, the contract shall be rendered void upon thirty (30) day written notice from the Director for Procurement, Murray State University. The University reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience as allowed by law. Kentucky State Tax: Murray State University is not subject to state sales tax or use tax. Tax number will be furnished on all Murray State University Purchase Orders, unless otherwise specified. Warranties: The manufacturer's most favorable warranty offered to preferred customers, shall apply to all items. A copy of such warranty shall be furnished to Murray State University upon delivery of the equipment or product. Multiple Bids: The bidder must quote their best single offer for each item, multiple bids may be cause for rejection of bid. Murray State University is seeking bids for elevator repair The best value as defined by price (award may be made on the items separately or all to one bidder) Method of Award: Murray State University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or quotations. Award shall be made on Quote your single best net price on each item, unless a discount from list price is requested, delivered to the address specified, all transportation charges prepaid. Price shall include delivery to the agency receiving building. Bids must be firm. Those containing escalator clauses cannot be accepted, unless specifically called for in the specifications. To receive consideration, bids must be made on this form and signed in full. Prices must be based on stated units and extended. Delivery guarantee must be shown.
