NW 44th Street Sanitary Sewer Extension Question Cuttoff Date & Time 11/13/2024 03:00:00 PM (ET). These Special Provisions amend or supplement the City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction, 2023 Edition, and other provisions of the Contract Documents as indicated herein. All provisions that are not so amended or supplemented via these special provisions remain in full force and effect. CONTRACT TIME AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Contractor shall substantially construct this project in 2024 with a Calendar Date contract to complete all work associated with this project. Substantial completion shall be on or before May 30, 2025. Substantial completion shall be defined as the following: o All sanitary sewer complete o All backfill and compaction complete o All areas seeded Final completion shall be on or before July 1, 2025. Final completion shall be defined as the following: o All vegetation established o All walk throughs complete o All punch list items complete and approved o All temporary easement areas restored
