Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Springfield, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Construction of Garner Street Park This construction includes mobilization, erosion control, finish grading, a bathroom and pavilion building, replacement of concrete flatwork under the building, and utility system connections. Each bid must be submitted on forms provided in Bid documents and either accompanied by a Bid Bond, properly executed on the form provided, or Cashiers Check drawn on a National or Tennessee Bank in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Agreement, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Drawings, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following location: Kimley-Horn 10 Lea Avenue, Suite 400 Nashville, TN 37204 This project is funded in part by a Local Parks and Recreation Fund grant administered by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any formalities. Requests for interpretation will be accepted up to five (5) calendar days prior to date set for opening of bids Question Deadline 11/12/2024
