Scope of work to primarily include the following: The sealing of joints and cracks in various areas of the City. Question Cut Off Date 12/2/2024 05:30:00 PM (CT). Questions regarding the design of the project may be submitted to the City of Stillwater through the online portal Any bid received by the City Clerk more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for the opening of bids, or any bid so received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting same. Each bidder is required to submit with their bid a guarantee in the form of an acceptable bidder's bond, a certified check, or a cashier's check on a solvent bank in the state of Oklahoma, and in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder shall execute a contract within 14 days of Notice of Award by the city. The successful bidder shall file a performance bond, maintenance bond, statutory bond and certificates of insurance in the statutory amounts for public liability and workers compensation insurance at the time of signing the contract. Any agreement entered into as a result of this invitation to bid shall be construed under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and the venue for enforcement of the agreement shall be Payne County in the State of Oklahoma.
