Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by an electronic copy of a Surety Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check, executed in favor of Eugene School District 4J, in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid, based upon the total bid amount for those items bid upon. School District 4J reserves the right to (1) reject any or all Bids not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) postpone award of the Contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening, (3) waive informalities in the Bids, (4) select the Bid which appears to be in the best interest of the District, or (5) reject any or all bids.
