Escondido Union High School District of San Diego County, California ("District"), acting by and through its Governing Board ("Board"), will receive up to, sealed proposals for RFP 2024-25-5 E-Rate WAN/MAN Connectivity The District intends to obtain maximum funding discounts under the Federal Communications Commission's E-rate program for eligible services and equipment procured as a result of this Proposal. Qualified vendors must provide their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and Federal Registration Number (FCC-FRN) with the proposal. Vendors must be willing to work within the requirements of the E-rate program and must be able to provide all necessary documentation and apply billing per the terms of the E-rate program. Each proposal shall be accompanied by: (a) cash; (b) a certified check made payable to the District; (c) a cashier's check made payable to the District; or (d) a bid bond payable to the District executed by the respondent as principal and surety as obligor in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum amount of the proposal. Bond shall be returned to respondents as indicated in the RFP. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or to reject any one or more items on a proposal, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the RFP or in the RFP process. Proposals shall be awarded based on the criteria outlined in the proposal documents. No respondent may withdraw its proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of proposals.
