Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 757,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.
Pogue is the Construction Manager for the new 757,000 SF Northwest High School #4 to be located in the Alliance area of North Fort Worth. This project includes the site development of approximately 163 acres and will include new baseball, softball, marching band, tennis facilities as well as new streets, parking lots, sidewalks, retaining wall, utilities and landscape/hardscape areas. The new building will include a new 4 story high school as well as new performance hall, indoor athletics, competition arena, football stadium, indoor practice facility and future CTE wing. EARLY RELEASE PKG: CONCRETE (INCLUDING ALL BUILDINGS & SITE RETAINING WALLS, SITE UTILITIES, ELECTRICAL SWITCHGEAR MATERIAL, HVAC EQUIPMENT PER SCHEDULES. Estimate = total project construction cost estimate. Earthwork began January 2025 and vertical construction is slated to begin June 2025.
