Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a fitness / recreation center in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; for the construction of a 27,837-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Project consists of demolishing the existing outdoor swimming pool and tennis court, and adding/ revising the existing parking, and site work. The building is a new one-story, 27,837 SF building, that will house offices, recreation areas and a new Natatorium swimming facility with a water slide. The exterior design of the building is a mixture of curtain wall, storefront, brick, metal panels and cast stone.
